At Venba Fragrance, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every scent; however, due to the nature of beauty products, we accept returns only on unopened, original-packaged items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that opened or used fragrances are ineligible for return due to hygiene and safety standards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unopened fragrance in its original box and shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the product's sealed condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
